When carrier tracking is available for a shipment, Loomood provides the tracking details in the order experience or by email. Customs, weather, address errors, and carrier disruptions can delay a shipment.
If tracking has not moved for seven business days, contact Loomood with the order details so the shipment can be reviewed.
