Custom products
Because personalized goods are made for you, change-of-mind returns may be unavailable where law permits. This does not affect rights for defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, or misdescribed goods.
Report a problem
Contact support@hellosocks.cn within 30 days of delivery with the order number, a description, and clear photos. Keep the product and packaging until the review is complete.
Resolution
After review, we may repair, remake, replace, provide a price reduction, or refund as required by applicable law. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately. Orders can be canceled before artwork approval or production starts. Once custom manufacturing begins, cancellation may not be possible except where required by law.
