Production time
Custom orders enter artwork review before manufacturing. The current production estimate appears on the design and checkout pages; complex or high-volume orders receive a confirmed schedule separately.
Rates and destinations
Standard tracked shipping is free. Express services may cost extra depending on destination, quantity, package size, and carrier availability. The checkout shows the shipping methods available for the submitted address.
Duties and taxes
The checkout states whether duties and import taxes are prepaid. When they are not prepaid, the recipient is responsible for charges collected by local authorities or the carrier.
Tracking and delays
Tracking is added to the customer account and sent by email when available. Customs, weather, address errors, and carrier disruptions can delay delivery. Contact support@hellosocks.cn if tracking has not moved for seven business days.
Incorrect addresses and loss
Review the delivery address before payment. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address may be payable by the customer. Report apparent loss or damage promptly with order details and photographs.
