Seller and agreement
These terms govern purchases from HelloSocks, CHANGE_ME. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.
Custom artwork
You must own or have permission to use all uploaded names, logos, photos, and designs. You grant us and our production providers a limited license to process them solely to create, review, manufacture, and support your order. We may reject unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or technically unsuitable content.
Proofing and production
On-screen colors and 3D previews are approximations. Knit structure, yarn availability, sizing, and manufacturing tolerances can affect the final result. Where an artwork proof is requested, production begins only after approval.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the checkout currency. Shipping, tax, duties, and import charges are shown or disclosed before order completion where available. Payment authorization may be captured when the order is accepted under the checkout terms.
Delivery and risk
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Risk transfers as required by applicable consumer law and the delivery terms shown at checkout.
Liability and governing law
Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be limited. Subject to those rights, indirect losses and business losses are excluded to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by CHANGE_ME, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their home jurisdiction.
